Has the following characteristics
• Fire resistant, acid and alkali resistant, breakdown resistant, impact resistant, corona resistant, with good flexibility and bendability,
• Temperature resistance level: No breakdown within 90 minutes under voltage conditions of 750 ℃ -850 ℃ and 600V -1000V.
• Good environmental performance, with mechanical properties superior to ordinary mica.
• PI mica /Kapton mica has good antioxidant and UV resistance. It is commonly used for protective insulation of copper bars connected to wind turbines and automotive batteries.
